1. Who we are

Movli is a service of [company legal name], [registered address], registration [registration number]. By creating an account or using the app or the web, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Movli.

2. What Movli does

Movli makes short workout videos: an AI trainer or your own footage, with a rep counter, text, stickers, sounds and a loop, ready for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.

Videos are made with AI, so results vary and can contain mistakes. Check each video before you post it.

3. Your account

You need to be at least [minimum age] to use Movli. Give us accurate details, keep one account per person and keep access to your email secure: you are responsible for what happens in your account.

4. Credits, plans and payments

New accounts get free credits to start. Plans add credits every month and credit packs add them once. Each video shows its cost in credits before you make it, and credits are used when it is made.

Prices are shown in your currency, with taxes included where the law requires. Payments are handled by Stripe. Purchased credits that are not used expire after [months] months.

5. Subscriptions, cancelling and refunds

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account on the web; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Unused credit purchases can be refunded within [days] days of purchase. None of this limits the rights consumer law gives you where you live.

6. Creators from photos

Upload photos only of yourself or of an adult who has given you clear permission to make videos of them. Never upload photos of minors, and never use a creator to pretend to be someone or to mislead people.

We may remove creators and videos that break this rule and close the account. The person shown can ask us to delete their creator at any time.

7. Your content

What you upload and the videos made for you are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Movli for you.

You are responsible for what you post. Label AI-generated videos where the platform you post on asks for it.

8. What is not allowed

Illegal, sexual, hateful or violent content; deceptive videos of real people; health claims you cannot back up; using Movli to harass anyone; breaking, overloading or scraping the service; and reselling access to it.

9. Our content

The app, the site, the Movli name and mascot, the exercise templates and the content packs belong to us. You can use what the packs include in your Movli videos.

10. Health

Movli is not medical advice. Exercise at your own pace and risk, and talk to a health professional before starting a new routine if you have any condition.

11. Changes to Movli and to these terms

Movli changes over time, and so do the AI models behind it. When these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you before the change applies.

12. Liability

As far as the law allows, Movli is provided as it is, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

13. Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, telling you why unless the law prevents it.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by [governing law and courts]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
